Pam Aaron
Owner

With over 30 years of experience in the interior design industry, Pam brings a unique, multidisciplinary background that blends interior and graphic design, allowing her to approach each project with both creativity and precision. As the founder and owner of Sierra Verde Design, Pam leads every aspect of the design process—from the initial concept and client consultation to execution and project management. Her hands-on approach includes everything from design development and budgeting to vendor coordination and operations oversight.

Pam’s foundation in graphic design enhances her ability to communicate ideas visually and effectively—whether through mood boards, branding integration, or polished digital presentations. Her designs are not only beautiful but thoughtfully curated to tell a story and serve a purpose.

What inspires Pam most is interior design’s power to transform how people experience their spaces. For her, it goes far beyond aesthetics—it’s about crafting environments that support well-being, reflect individuality, and elevate daily life. She finds joy in translating a client’s vision into timeless, functional spaces through intelligent planning, creative materials, and unexpected details.

Outside of work, Pam finds her greatest joy in family life. Residing in Lake Tahoe, she’s continually inspired by the natural beauty that surrounds her. Whether it’s playing games with her family or spending a peaceful afternoon by the lake, Pam is grateful to live and create in a place where creativity and nature go hand in hand.

Casey Johnson
Lead Designer/ASID Associate

With over 15 years of experience, Casey began her career flipping houses a hands-on foundation that shaped her practical, design forward perspective. She’s particularly inspired by how intentional design can transform the way people feel in a space, fostering comfort, clarity, and connection in everyday life.  

Whether designing a family home or a community minded commercial space, Casey believes great design starts with understanding how people live and ends with helping them feel truly at home. She is an extraordinarily talented interior designer who enjoys providing creative concepts while coordinating with her clients to achieve the magical outcome they desire. Outside of work, her greatest joy is time spent with her children.

Megan Cohan
ASID/Associate Designer

With a strong foundation in construction and a diploma in interior design, Megan has well-rounded expertise that allows her to blend structural integrity with aesthetic vision. Her experience spans across designing functional, stylish spaces that align with client needs while seamlessly integrating architectural elements. Her background in construction provides a unique perspective in interior design, ensuring that concepts are not only visually compelling but also structurally sound and practical. She works collaboratively, translating client visions into tangible designs and brings a meticulous approach to every project. Whether it's mastering the latest design trends, exploring sustainable materials, or refining spatial planning strategies, Megan loves learning new techniques. Every project is an opportunity to expand her knowledge and apply fresh ideas to create stunning, functional spaces.

When she’s not designing Megan enjoys camping, taking long hikes with her husband and dog, or laying on a floaty in the lake. She loves connecting with the people closest to her.

Grace Lenfestey
ASID/Associate Designer

With an associates degree in Interior Design and past family exposure Grace has been around design her whole life. She enjoys creating cohesive and functional spaces by developing detailed design boards, sourcing furnishings and materials, and using Revit. She aligns aesthetic goals with clients’ lifestyles and budgets, ensuring each project reflects both creativity and practicality. Grace is excited by the power interior design has to completely transform the way people live and feel in a space and turn ideas into tangible environments that are not only beautiful but also functional and personal.

Whether it's choosing materials, playing with color palettes, or solving layout challenges, she enjoys the energy in the design journey. Grace feels that design is about storytelling—capturing someone’s personality and lifestyle through space, and creating places that feel both inspiring and deeply comfortable.

She finds joy in spending time with family and her dog Lucie on quiet weekends together, walks, or exploring new neighborhoods. She also loves going to the lake or hiking around Tahoe. These everyday experiences fuel creativity and remind her of the importance of designing spaces that feel personal, comforting, and full of life.

Felissia Luia
Chief Financial Officer

With over 15 years of combined experience in construction and finance, Felissia brings a rare blend of industry insight and financial acumen to her role as CFO at Sierra Verde. Raised in a family-owned business, she developed a strong foundation built on hard work, integrity, and thoughtful decision-making—values that continue to guide her leadership today.

Felissia’s background spans project management, budget oversight, and long-term financial planning, helping ensure Sierra Verde’s stability and growth in a competitive market. Her passion goes beyond numbers; she’s dedicated to building strong teams, lasting client relationships, and the kind of solid financial infrastructure that supports inspired, sustainable design.

Whether she’s reviewing a budget or walking a job site, Felissia leads with precision, accountability, and the belief that doing things right the first time always pays off.

As a single mother of three, her greatest source of strength and inspiration comes from her children. Their laughter, curiosity, and resilience remind her daily of why she works hard and stays grounded. They are her greatest motivation—and the heart behind everything she does.

Rodney Henton
Certified Hunter Douglas Expert

Rodney is Sierra Verde’s lead Hunter Douglas window covering installer, known for his precision, product knowledge, and dedication to top-tier service. Since earning his Hunter Douglas certification in 2020, Rodney has continued to maintain and update his expertise annually—staying current with the latest innovations and technologies in the product line.

As a certified expert, Rodney is passionate about helping clients find the perfect window solutions for their homes. Whether he’s troubleshooting existing blinds or installing cutting-edge automated shades, he takes pride in delivering personalized service that clients can rely on.

“What excites me most,” Rodney says, “is seeing the client’s reaction. I love the smiles that come when they see their new window coverings—it makes it all worth it.”

Outside of work, Rodney finds joy in spending time with his wife, kids, and extended family. He also enjoys organizing gatherings that bring both his family and work family together for memorable, fun-filled days. His positive energy and people-first mindset are at the heart of everything he does.
